By using Op Shop Atlas (the Op Shop Atlas Team) you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What the site is

A free guide to op shops and other second-hand shops in Australia. We collect shop details from open map data, from the organisations' own store lists, and from shoppers, and a person reviews changes before they appear.

Check before you travel

Shops change their hours, move and close, and some details are only as good as the source. Each shop shows how we know its details and the date. We try to be accurate but we do not promise that any listing is correct, complete or current, and we are not responsible for a wasted trip. Check with the shop if it matters. Distances and route lists are straight-line or main-road estimates, not directions.

What you send us

When you submit a shop, a change or a confirmation, you confirm it is true as far as you know and not copied from someone else's site, and you let us publish and edit it as part of the listings. Do not send private information about other people, abuse, advertising, or anything unlawful. We may decline, edit or remove anything.

Using what you see here

Please use the site for yourself. Do not copy the shop listings in bulk, run automated programs to harvest them, or republish the lists as your own. Some of our data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and is licensed to everyone under the Open Database Licence (see Credits); that licence, not these terms, governs that data. A shop's own name, logo and wording belong to the shop or organisation.

Shop owners

If you run a shop and something about your listing is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. If you would like a listing removed, tell us and we will consider it promptly.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited.

Links and ads

We link to other sites and maps and are not responsible for them. If we show advertising in future, ads will be marked and we will update the privacy page first.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the courts there.
